  • What are the requirements to rent an office?
    In order to rent an office we require a soft pull credit check, Commercial Liability Insurance, and one-month's rent deposit.
  • What are your lease terms?
    We prefer a minimum of a one-year lease up to 10 years. We are currently offering month-to-month contracts to help you start your business with peace of mind.
  • Which utilities are included in the rent?
    Electric, heat, water, garbage, snow removal, landscaping, property taxes, cleaning and maintenance of the common areas. Wi-Fi is included in private offices that share waiting areas and kitchenettes. You pay one flat rate every month.
  • Can I customize my office?
    Yes! If you are on a one year lease or longer, you can paint the walls, hang stuff and decorate it as you wish. However, you are required to deliver the office the way it was when you moved in. If we have to fix the office beyond normal wear and tear, the cost of it will be discounted from your security deposit.
  • In which towns do you have buildings located?
    Presently, we have spaces available in the following towns: Bristol, Meriden, Manchester, Terryville, Torrington, Waterbury, Watertown and Woodbury. Additionally, we have successfully leased buildings in Bloomfield, Cheshire, Newington, Middlebury, and Thomaston, .   • Can I sublease my space?
    Yes, subleasing is permitted as long as we approve the sublease's use.
  • How do I sign the lease, pay the deposit and rent?
    You will sign the lease electronically via email. To make payments, you will download the app RentRedi, connect a bank account to it and use it to pay the deposit and rent.
